Byrdstown Medical Center patients are primarily admitted to Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, Tennessee, eighteen miles south of Byrdstown on Highway One-Eleven. The Pickett County Ambulance Service provides emergency services, and patients can be airlifted from the Medical Center from the new helicopter pad which has been constructed just to the southwest of the new emergency room.
